We build custom decks like this one constructed out of ipe.  This small free standing porch is fully screened in with a natural finish. the open gable panels are great for binging the outdoors in.  This sreened porch has a painted bead board ceiling trimmed out with routed 1x material,decking run at a 45 degree angle,
and a ceiling fan/light.
 We do concrete/footings/framing as shown in this small master bathroom/closet addition.
This is an example of a sreen porch with a shed roof.  Adding a dormer like this one can easily increase square footage. |
